I finally got my hands on a bottle of sergeant's valor bourbon, and I have to say, it's not exactly what I expected from a brand that leans so heavily into the military aesthetic. Usually, when you see a bottle wrapped in camo or covered in patriotic slogans, you're either getting something incredibly gimmicky or something that tastes like paint thinner but supports a good cause.
